We are seeking a skilled Sr. Android Developer to build and maintain advanced Android applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Android development, application architecture, performance optimization, and Play Store deployment. You will work with cross-functional teams to create reliable, secure, and high-quality Android apps for a wide range of users.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain advanced Android applications
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Kotlin/Java code
- Collaborate with designers and backend developers for seamless integration
- Integrate REST APIs, Firebase, payment gateways, and external SDKs
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve app issues
- Improve application performance, scalability, and security
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Ensure compliance with Android development standards and best practices
- Manage app releases, updates, and Play Store submissions
- Stay updated with Android ecosystem changes and emerging trends
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional Android development experience
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin and/or Java
- Experience with Android SDK, Jetpack components, and MVVM architecture
- Familiarity with REST APIs, Firebase, SQLite/Room, and Git
- Knowledge of performance tuning and memory optimization
- Experience with Play Store publishing and maintenance
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Good teamwork and communication abilities
