We are seeking a talented Machine Learning Engineer to design, build, and deploy intelligent systems that solve real business problems. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in data modeling, machine learning algorithms, model training, and production deployment. You will collaborate with data teams, software engineers, and product managers to create scalable AI-powered solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models
- Prepare and process structured and unstructured datasets
- Train, test, and evaluate predictive models
- Improve model accuracy, scalability, and performance
- Work with engineering teams to integrate ML models into applications
- Monitor model behavior and retrain models when needed
- Research and apply suitable machine learning techniques
- Build pipelines for data preprocessing and model deployment
- Document model performance and technical workflows
- Stay updated with new ML tools, frameworks, and best practices
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in machine learning, AI, or data science-related roles
- Strong knowledge of Python and machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
- Good understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning
- Familiarity with SQL, APIs, cloud platforms, and deployment workflows
- Knowledge of MLOps, Docker, or model serving tools is a plus
- Strong mathematical, statistical, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
